-What did you learn today? Today I learned about Shirley Chisholm the first black woman to run for the highest power/office in the united state.
-What did you do today? Today I watch a video on the smart board about Shirley Chisholm and how she felt about the future of the children of tomorrow.
-How do you feel about Shirley Chisholm? I feel that she is separation for woman and girls.
-Would you like to learn more about Shirley Chisholm? No because she is only telling me something I have heard a thousand time.

How do you think blacks were treated when Shirley ran for president?They were starting to get a little respect back then.
How many woman can you name that ran for president? Two!
Why is Shirley Chisholm important to history? She remind us to never stop going for your goals even if they seem imposable.
